Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in all original packaging.

All products remain the customer’s responsibility until they arrive safely back at the stated return address. Please keep proof of postage or tracking details, as soosumsee cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return has arrived, it will be processed within 5–10 days. You will receive confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed.

How to Return

To make a return, please arrange and cover the return shipping cost. It is strongly recommended to use a tracked and insured service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

If you believe your item is faulty or if there has been an error with your order, please contact bec@soosumsee.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and I'll assist you directly.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Sale items
