Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All parcels are shipped within 1–5 days from the date of purchase. Please note that this may vary during busy periods, such as Christmas. This applies to all parcels unless the item is listed as a pre-order, in which case the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Estimated delivery times:

UK: 1–5 days from shipping

EU: 5–17 days from shipping

US: 7–21 days from shipping

Rest of World: 7–21 days from shipping

If an order is undelivered (including those refused at customs or with unpaid duties), a refund will be processed once the package is returned to its origin. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

As of January 1st, 2021, shipments to countries within the EU may incur additional taxes or import duties that are not included in the checkout price. soosumsee is not responsible for any customs fees or charges applied at the point of delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

US Shipping

All orders to the US now ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means any import tariffs or customs charges are included in your purchase price, so there will be no additional costs or delays when your order arrives.
