International Shipping

As of January 1st, 2021, there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping price at the checkout when shipping to countries within the EU. Soosumsee is not responsible for any customs fees or charges which are levied at the point of delivery. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s you can return them to us for a refund or exchange* (*UK customers only) within 14 days of receipt. You'll need to arrange for your return shipping and pay the associated costs unless there has been a fault with your item. In this case, please email at bec@soosumsee.com. Returned items need to be in the original condition and packaging. All products are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back to the stated address. Once your return has arrived back, it will be processed within five to ten days of receipt.
